Where we are
The Lower Lodge is where a trip begins — inland from Flúðir in the south of Iceland, ten minutes from the village and about ninety minutes from Keflavík airport.

Management
Operators, and the boards of the two bodies behind the river: Veiðifélag Stóru-Laxár, which owns the fishing rights, and Bergsnös ehf., which leases and runs them.
